These are our terms,
1) Our aim is to sex animals correctly, and deliver them in good health. In the unfortunate event of an animal being sexed incorrectly, a mistake has being made, or you not being satisfied, you may contact us, an providing that it is within 48 hours, we will arrange a refund, or replacement snake if possible.
2) All animals will leave our premises mite free, in good condition, and of good size. We will do our best to make sure that they have had at least 10 feeds, weigh over 200g, and feeding on defrost rats or mice, unless otherwise stated.
3) We will accept a deposit of 25% of the purchase price on any animal, this deposit is non-refunable and valid for 30 days from the day of receipt. Should there be any problem with the animal you have placed a deposit on, this will be considered an extenuating circumstance, and your deposit will be refunded.
4) Delivery may be available on request, this may either be a personal service conducted by ourselves, or we may subcontract to arrange the delivery for you. For further details please get in touch using the contact page.
5) Payment can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, balance transfer, paypal, or debit/visa. No animals will be released until funds have cleared, or the cash is in our hands.
6) Recessive Heterozygous Royal Pythons will come with full paper work and photo ID guaranteeing parentage.
7) All animals have feeding records and hatch dates, which are available on request.
8) Pricing, discounts, and trades are entirely at our own discretion.
